During my training I developed clinical interests in paediatric and respiratory medicine. Along the way I have become increasingly involved in the application of quality improvement science to primary care and do this through working with the NHS England Primary Care Transformation Team. It is a privilege working at a GP surgery where there is a genuine and shared passion to see sustained, continual improvement in the care offered to patients and the working lives of the staff team.
