If you can no longer make your appointment, it's important that you cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
How to cancel an appointment
We have a designated cancellation line, so that you can cancel an appointment without having to wait in the main phone queue. Please call 01666 825825 and select option ‘2’ to cancel. This line is open Monday – Friday 8am – 18:30pm. Please note this line is for cancellations only, to re-book or re-arrange an appointment you will need to select option ‘1’ to speak to a Patient Adviser.
Cancelling your appointment frees up space for somebody else who needs it.
